KIZHI is an Ayurvedic massage that is done with the help of small and warm bundles that contains herbal powders and medicines, medicinal rice or sand. It is useful in treating arthritis, backache, joint pain, frozen shoulder, chronic numbness of upper and lower limbs, tremors of the body and painful conditions that occurs in the flanks and lumbar region.
