JANU VASTI

JANU VASTI is a treatment in which medicated oils are poured and pooled for a fixed duration of time in a cabin constructed around the knee joints using wet flour of black gram. It soothes and relieves chronic pain, spasm, rigidity and inflammation around knee joint and calf region and protects cartilages of knee joint from wear and tear.
